It all began as a little girl about age 4. I remember vividly, standing on a chair next to my grandmother watching her cook and bake. Every ingredient she carefully selected. She would come up with the most delicious desserts. Always letting me help, flour on the tip of my nose and of course I was the “best taste tester”.
Since then, I have always loved to cook and entertain for friends, family and church. I have owned my own Bakery since 2010. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the smiles on my client’s faces when seeing their idea come to life through me.
Baking for me is not work in it’s intended term, its a work of love. I carefully bake and decorate every item with the goal of perfection. It has taken me a very long time to learn that art of every kind, is not perfect. And baking and decorating is edible art.
